It feels like we havnt talked in months n I miss him so much that when I think of him my stomach hurts so I thought I’d count n see how long it’s actually been……..its been 5 days

Just finished clearing out all canned, pre packaged, processed un healthy, high sodium, high fat, foods n snacks from my kitchen n replaced it with whole wheat, whole grain, organic lean foods…. On our way to healthy living =D probably should of checked with my family first buttt it’s for their own good
